Our Team

Brian Hilbush, PhD

Founder and CEO
Brian has 25 years of experience in building technologies from the ground up in startups and Fortune 500 companies. As an executive, he has managed software developers, engineers, laboratory scientists and IT professionals on a diverse array of projects.

As a technical manager, he has led research teams on scientific projects that leveraged machine learning for analyzing gene expression (RNA) and genomics (DNA) datasets, computer vision for single cell microscopy and AI/ML approaches for biotech process optimization. He resides in San Diego, where he also runs and walks with his dog, Einstein.
